Classes begin on time. Please try to be in the studio at least 10 minutes before the start of your class, especially if you want visit a class for the first time. If you come late, please understand that we unfortunately might not be able to admit you to your course.
(In consideration of other participants, and also due to the fact that our studio is locked during sessions.)
Yoga mats are available to rent for €1 each, yet we recommend that you use your own mat for hygienic and sustainable reasons.
As part of the “Intro 1,” yoga mats are available free of charge.
The room temperature in the yoga room is at least 26 degrees Celsius. Since you will definitely work up a sweat, we suggest you bring a towel.
For a cleaning fee of 1 EUR, you may obtain a hand towel from our reception.
Please turn off your cell phone or put it on silent before entering the studio and store it in the locker room lockers.
Come to yoga on an empty stomach. We recommend not eating a big meal 2-3 hours before.
Please refrain from strong-smelling scents, as these intensify as the body temperature increases.
Traditionally, one refrains from showering after a yoga practice due to the fact that a hot shower reduces the positive effects of the Asanas, namely the stimulation of your blood circulation.
We do recommend, however, that you take a quick shower before your session.
