Join me online every day for 1 Hour of simple movements and transformative breathwork and kick-start a routine that leaves you feeling happy, positive and relaxed, ready for your day.

How we breathe effects our mood, our emotional state, our metabolism, even our appetite. It is the link between the body and the mind, and can intervene in the activities on either level.

To harness the breath and its transformative powers, we must first prepare the body. Using fun, dynamic movements taken from Qigung and yogasana, we will warm up our bodies each morning before diving into some of the most worthwhile and rewarding practices of the yoga tradition: pranayama, kriya yoga, and meditation.

At the very least, this is an easy practice, accessible to beginners and rewarding to experienced practitioners alike, that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your day. At most, these interventions can affect deep psychological and physical changes over time. Kick-start your Spring by joining an online daily practice.

Practices will include:

Purification of the Nadi: Nadi Shodhana Pranayama
Purifying the cranium: Kapalabhati Pranayama
The Rising and Setting Sun Breathing Technique
Regulation of the exhale: Viloma Pranayama
Inhale the golden light of nature: Spinal cord breathing
